KSHETRA Return Policy

Thank you for choosing KSHETRA for your wholesome and natural products. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our Return Policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience. Please review the details below.

1. Returns and replacements

If you are not completely satisfied with your KSHETRA purchase, we are happy to process a return or replacement within 3 days from the date of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility

Replacements/Returns/refunds are only allowed in the following unlikely cases:

  • The product is damaged or if you received the wrong item.
  • The product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
  • The product has expired by the time of delivery.
  • Item(s) missing at the time of delivery and customer is not in a position to accept the missing item in a separate courier.

3. Initiating a Return or replacement

To start a return or replacement:

  • Notify our customer support team at customercare@kshetrafoods.com or call +91 99945 87686 or 1800 203 7686
  • Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the return or replacement reason, image of invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images & we also need unboxing videos of damaged products to be sent.
  • In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.

Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for the return or replacement.

Note: We won't be able to accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, colour or aroma. This is because our products are completely natural, so no two batches will be identical. However be rest assured that we use only the best and natural ingredients and we don't compromise on the product quality.

4. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the items.
  • Please package the items securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice inside the package.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed either after we receive and inspect the returned items or after your refund request is approved.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Replacements

  • To get replacement for an item, specify the product which is missing or broken.
  • Replacements are subject to product availability and the reason for replacement.

7. Non-Returnable Items

All items are non-returnable. However we may request the items to be returned for quality check or R&D purpose. So, we request you to retain the product till replacement or refund is getting processed.

8. Return Shipping Costs

The return shipping costs have to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or error made by the brand.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with clear photos. Our support team will assist you promptly.

10. Refusal of Return

KSHETRA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

8. Credit Card Chargebacks

Customers initiating chargebacks without contacting KSHETRA first will be responsible for any fees and we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback.
