Our Palm Candy is processed without added bleaching agents or sulphur dioxide and has a translucent amber hue with a deep, caramel-rich flavour. These unrefined crystals retain their natural mineral content along with a sophisticated, earthy sweetness. Suitable for use as a sweetener in beverages and everyday food preparations.
